Shipping and Returns Policy
Thank you for shopping with Olive Plus Sage. Our products are handcrafted in small batches, and we want your ordering experience to feel clear, thoughtful, and straightforward. This policy explains our processing times, shipping practices, and how we handle order concerns.
Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
Due to the personal-care nature of our skincare products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges of products that have been opened, used, or had their protective seal removed. This helps us protect product integrity and customer safety.
This policy does not affect any rights you may have when a product arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially different from what was ordered, or any rights required under applicable consumer law.
If your order arrives damaged, leaking, broken, defective, or incorrect, please email us at hello@oliveplussage.com within 3 calendar days of delivery.
Please include:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Clear photographs of the product, shipping box, packaging, and mailing label
Please retain the affected product and all original packaging until we confirm that they may be discarded, as the shipping carrier may request them during a claim.
After reviewing the circumstances, we may offer an appropriate replacement, refund, or store credit. In some cases, we may request that the item be returned before a resolution is completed.

Processing & Shipping
Orders are generally processed and shipped within 1–4 business days, excluding weekends and U.S. holidays. Because our products are handcrafted in small batches, occasional delays may occur during unusually busy periods or when a fresh batch is being prepared.
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing available tracking information.
If an unexpected delay prevents us from shipping within the stated processing window, we will contact you with an updated estimate and give you the option to continue waiting or cancel the unshipped order for a refund.
Delivery Issues
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Please review your address carefully before submitting your order.
If tracking shows that your package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please first check:
- Your mailbox and surrounding delivery area
- Entrances, porches, garages, parcel lockers, and other safe locations
- Household members and neighbors
- Any delivery photograph or tracking details provided by the carrier
Please contact us promptly if the package remains missing. We will help you review the tracking information and determine the appropriate next steps with the carrier. Any replacement, refund, or other resolution will be considered individually based on the circumstances and available carrier documentation.
If a package is returned because an incorrect or incomplete address was supplied, additional postage may be required before it can be shipped again.
International Orders
We currently ship to select international destinations, including Canada, the United Kingdom, and others. Available countries and shipping methods are displayed during checkout. If your country is not listed, please email us at hello@oliveplussage.com before ordering.
Shipping Methods
International shipping charges shown during checkout are based on the services and information available at that time. Orders may be shipped through USPS or another suitable carrier. When appropriate, we may upgrade the shipping method at no additional cost.
If the actual shipping cost is materially lower than the amount paid, we may issue a partial shipping refund at our discretion.
Customs, VAT & Import Charges
The recipient is responsible for any applicable VAT, customs duties, import taxes, brokerage charges, or carrier processing fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included unless checkout expressly states otherwise and are not reimbursed by Olive Plus Sage.
International Delivery Delays
International deliveries may be delayed by customs processing, inspections, local carrier conditions, or other circumstances outside our control. Please review the tracking information and contact your local carrier or customs authority when appropriate.
Refused or Unclaimed International Shipments
If an international shipment is refused, left unclaimed, or returned because customs charges were not paid, any eligible refund will be determined after the package has been returned to us and inspected.
Original shipping charges and any return postage, customs charges, brokerage fees, or other nonrecoverable costs may be deducted from the refund to the extent permitted by applicable law. Products that are damaged, opened, used, or otherwise unsuitable for resale may not be eligible for a product refund.
Nothing in this policy limits any consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.
