Shipping and Returns Policy
Thank you for shopping with Olive Plus Sage. This shipping and returns policy outlines how we handle orders, processing times, delivery, and what to do if something goes wrong. We are committed to making your experience as smooth as possible, while staying aligned with our values of small-batch, handmade skincare.
Returns & Refunds
Because our skincare products are handcrafted in small batches with raw botanical ingredients, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges due to the perishable and sensitive nature of our formulations.
However, if your order arrives damaged, broken, or incorrect, please email us at hello@oliveplussage.com within 24 hours of delivery. Include a photo of the damaged product(s) and your order number. We will gladly offer a replacement or issue a store credit where appropriate. In rare cases, we may request the damaged item be returned to us before issuing a resolution.

Processing & Shipping
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–4 business days (excluding weekends and U.S. holidays). Once shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Please note: Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, Olive Plus Sage is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages. We encourage customers to select secure delivery addresses and track orders closely.
International Orders
We currently ship to select international destinations including Canada, the UK, and others. If your country is not listed at checkout, please email us at hello@oliveplussage.com to check availability.
Important Notes for International Customers:
- Customs Fees: Any VAT, customs duties, or import taxes are the responsibility of the buyer. We do not reimburse or refund these fees.
- Delivery Delays: Customs processing may delay delivery. If your order is late, check with your local customs office before contacting us.
- Refused Shipments: If a shipment is refused due to unpaid customs fees and returned to us, the original shipping cost and product total are non-refundable.
