All products are handcrafted in small batches to ensure freshness and quality. For this reason, all sales are final, and we do not accept returns or exchanges.

However, your satisfaction matters deeply to us. If your order arrives damaged or broken, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery by emailing hello@oliveplussage.com with a photo of the damaged item(s). We’re happy to replace any items that arrive damaged. In some cases, we may request that the damaged item be returned.

If you’re unsure about a product, we encourage you to reach out before purchasing — we’re always happy to help you choose the right fit for your skin.


🚚 Shipping Information

Orders are processed and shipped within 1–4 business days (excluding holidays and carrier transit time). You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order is on the way.

Please note: Olive Plus Sage is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier.


🌐 International Shipping

We currently ship to a select number of countries outside the U.S. — including Canada, the United Kingdom, and others. Available destinations will appear at checkout.

Important Notes for International Customers:

  • Customs Duties & Taxes: All customs fees, VAT, or import duties are the responsibility of the customer. We do not reimburse or refund these charges.

  • Delivery Delays: International orders may be delayed due to customs processing. If your package hasn’t arrived in a reasonable time, please contact your local customs office.

  • Refused Shipments: If you choose not to pay the required customs fees and the shipment is returned, we are unable to refund your order or original shipping costs.
